Third-Party Services
Fiscov may integrate with third-party providers including banking, accounting, ecommerce, analytics, and payment processing platforms.
Anonymized Benchmarking (Opt-In)
Fiscov offers an optional peer benchmarking feature. It is off by default and only an owner or admin of a workspace can turn it on. Participation is not required to use any other part of the service.
When a workspace opts in, Fiscov computes one aggregate row per calendar month containing only the following values:
- Monthly gross merchandise value and order count
- Average order value and revenue per SKU
- Gross margin percentage derived from synced unit costs and prices
- Repeat customer percentage and stockout percentage
- Inventory-to-revenue ratio
- Cohort tags: industry/vertical, annualized revenue band, and region
Fiscov does not include your business name, domain, account identifiers, customer or contact records, order or invoice detail, product names, bank, payout, or tax records in benchmarking data.
Benchmark statistics are published only as cohort percentiles (25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th) and only when a cohort contains at least five participating businesses, so an individual business cannot be identified from the output. Percentiles are visible to participating workspaces.
You may withdraw at any time from Insights → Peer Benchmarks. Withdrawal stops future contributions and deletes the monthly rows your workspace has contributed; subsequent cohort refreshes are recalculated without your data.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information.
Data Retention
We retain information as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
