Privacy Policy

We collect account information you provide (name, email, business name), workspace and onboarding details, payment metadata, and content you choose to import or sync from connected providers (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Shopify).

We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to operate Fiscov, provide dashboards and forecasts, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate service notices, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.

Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases hosted by our infrastructure providers in the United States and European Union. Backups are retained for operational continuity and deleted on a rolling schedule.

When you connect a third-party provider, Fiscov receives only the OAuth scopes you grant. Tokens are stored encrypted, used solely to fulfil your requests, and revoked when you disconnect. We do not write back to those providers without an explicit action you initiate.

We use first-party cookies and local storage for authentication, session continuity, and preference persistence. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level authorization, scoped OAuth tokens, signed HMAC state parameters for OAuth flows, and least-privilege access controls. See our Security overview.

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

You may delete your workspace from Settings or by emailing privacy@fiscov.com. Upon deletion we erase identifying data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
