Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment has been processed.
If a billing error occurs, contact us within 14 days at support@fiscov.com and we will investigate and correct it.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, please contact support before requesting a refund so we can resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns promptly.
