Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on the plan selected.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with service operations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes

All software, branding, content, and intellectual property related to Fiscov remain the property of Fiscov.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Fiscov shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
