By creating a Fiscov account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and the actions taken under your workspace, including by team members you invite.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, reverse engineering, or using Fiscov for unlawful activity.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may evolve.

Billing Terms

Fees are billed in advance in USD via our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan and any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

Monthly fees are non-refundable. For annual plans, a prorated refund may be issued within 14 days of initial purchase. Contact billing@fiscov.com.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are involved in fraud, or pose a security risk. You may cancel at any time from Billing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiscov is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Intellectual Property

Fiscov retains all rights, title, and interest in the service. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
